Absolute LTC@LIVE annonce...
Balade entre les Mondes pour les Simple Minds.
Les Simple Minds (SM) l’ont annoncé le 20 novembre dernier. Ils sortent leur nouvel Opus Walk Between Worlds (Promenade Entre Les Mondes), le 2 février prochain. Un album qui peut d’ores et déjà être précommandé en différents formats, dont une magnifique édition limitée de luxe, comprenant des Vinyles aux couleurs originales, avec des pochettes variées illustrées de copies d'oeuvres d'art.
. Une tournée début 2018. - Les SM seront de nouveau « On the Road Again » dès février 2018, afin d’assurer un LIve-Tour Européen Promo de ce nouvel album. Ils offriront notamment une série de Showcases publics en trois parties : une Performance Live de l’album en exclu, une interview al dente et pour les fans un tas de surprises. A ce titre, le 17 février, les SM seront notamment à Paris à la Salle Pleyel. (Tickets Salle Pleyel) Mais, les SM honoreront aussi leurs Fans Français en leurs offrant 4 dates. Ils seront le 9 juin au Harley-Davidson EuroFest de Grimaud, le 17 juin au Festival de Nîmes, le 12 juillet au Musilac Festival d’Aix-les-Bains, et le 20 juillet au Festival de Carcassonne - Théâtre de la cité. Jim Kerr précise sur le site du band écossais : « Cela a été un réel plaisir de faire cette Promenade Entre Les Mondes. Il est palpitant de constater que la Simple Minds Story continue tant en studio qu’à la scène. Chacune de ces nouvelles chansons est destinée à être jouée séparément en direct. On a hâte de les interpréter toutes à côtés de nos standards quand nous partirons en tournée. »
. Un Single qui fait (déjà) un Carton. - Magic est le premier Single extrait de ce nouvel album. Son Clip acidulé a été mis en ligne le 4 janvier par les SM sur Youtube.fr. Au 11 janvier, il y avait près de 71.000 Vus... Un Tube très Simple Minds dans sa thématique, bien cintré, bien chaloupé, bien pêchu, avec de très beaux riffs de guitare et de la batterie en résonnance. Un Rituel caractéristique et quasi-initiatique signé de l’incontournable guitariste de talent Charlie Burchill. LostBoy! A.K.A. Jim Kerr devrait s’être attelé aussi à quelques bons Morcifs… A vérifier le 2 février...
